NOTE ABOUT PARKING: There are two spots for parking on the day of Rehearsal and Wedding Day. We will have the Parking Clearly marked so you know where it is. Our driveway is at the Dylan Bay Sign. The parking is a little walk through the trees from our neighbors, west of us.

If you need to you can drop people off at our house first then go park at the neighbors and walk over.

The first parking sight is just down the road toward Deer Harbor (West) a few hundred feet. It is marked with two wooden signs reading PADELFORD and BINKLEY (and will hopefully have some ribbon or balloons to make it obvious). Pull down their drive and take an immediate RIGHT into their field for parking.

IF this fills up we will send you to the opposite side of the road to Clay Farm Road. Proceed up that road and park in Doug and Mary Bayley’s field across from small cabin.

NOTE ABOUT GASOLINE: There are two stations east out of Eastsound on Crescent Bay Road just before intersection with Olga Road. There is gas and some sort of biofuel at Island Supply on Crow Valley Road between West Sound and Eastsound.

From Orcas ferry dock to Bayley house (Dylan Bay, 360-376-2060)

1. Follow main traffic to left at top of ferry ramp.

2. Approximately 2 ½ miles after coming down hill and long straight stretch turn LEFT on Deer Harbor Road at sign (first main intersection you come to).

3. 1 mile later you will come to stop sign at West Sound (just after yacht club). Go straight and continue along shore of West Sound toward Deer Harbor.

4. After approximately 2 ¼ miles look for horse ring on left and Dylan Bay Ln sign. Go left there (our driveway) and continue to parking area next to our large barn-like guest house, The Lodge.

5. Follow gravel path straight ahead and up steps to Main House.

6. The total distance from the ferry is about 6 miles.

From the West (houses of Wright, Whitridge, Rolfe and Deer Harbor area resorts):


1. Howard Wright house is on Pole Pass, almost the end of the road. From there you drive toward the hamlet of Deer Harbor on DH Road, passing Whitridge on the way.

2. Continue out of Deer Harbor passing the various resorts and up a steep hill just after which is Rolfe driveway (Indian Point). After one more mile and past horse pasture Dylan Bay Ln is on your right.

3. Clay Farm Road and parking is just before Dylan Bay on LEFT.

From the East (Olga, Rosario, Eastsound with Outlook Inn, Westsound with Kingfish Inn):


1. Olga and Rosario are at the far end of the island. From there drive toward Eastsound on Olga Road (the main drag).

2. Turn left onto Crescent Bay Road just before Country Corner, a gas station and mini-mart.

3. Drive through Eastsound and turn left on Orcas Road at stop sign.

4. After up a hill and down a hill (about a mile) look for Crow Valley Road which angles off main drag to the right.

5. Proceed several miles on Crow Valley Road, past Island Supply and one more stop sign to a “T” at West Sound (next to Kingfish Inn and restaurant).

6. Turn right and proceed 2 ¼ miles along shore of West Sound to Dylan Bay Ln which is our driveway. Parking just beyond up Clay Farm Road on right.
