WEDDING DETAILS and SCHEDULE

WEATHER AND HOW TO DRESS

According to Weather.com, average high temps range from 70' to 86' with 0% humidity. average low temp is 51'. So expect to be warm during the day, but bring a shawl, sweater or jacket for the evening. In the unfortunate event that it rains it will feel even colder, so everyone should bring a warm jacket just in case.

SCHEDULE OF EVENTS

Friday the 15th:

Rehearsal Dinner is for all that are down to hang out the day before. A BBQ at Dylan Bay (Bayley's house) in West Sound near Deer Harbor at 4pm. (Please RSVP for this on Wedding RSVP page)

Saturday the 16th:

There will be a wedding today. The ceremony will be at 5:00pm at Dylan Bay (Bayley's house) in West Sound near Deer Harbor. If you are just coming for Saturday, your last ferry option for the wedding leaves Anacortes at 2:45pm and gets to the Orcas Landing at 3:50. We will have a shuttle pick up for this boat, for walk-on ferry passengers (good idea cause of crazy ferry lines, unless you need a car on the island). The shuttle will take you directly to our property. You will have the option to get a shuttle back to ferry landing later in the night. IF YOU DO PLAN TO WALK ON THE FERRY DROP ME AN EMAIL AND LET ME KNOW SO I CAN ANTICIPATE THE NUMBERS.

Sunday the 17th:

For those that are camping at our place or not at a B&B we will be serving coffee and muffins. More details on this the weekend of the wedding.

SHUTTLE
We have arranged for the Orcas Island Shuttle to do some pick ups and drop offs for people that don't want to drive to the ceremony. If the times on the schedule work for you we encourage you to use this little bus rather then driving. If you're just coming to Orcas for the day and don't want to drive it will do one main pick up from the 2:45 boat to Orcas meeting it at the ferry at 4pm. It will then drop the day trippers off at the boat later in the night.

The shuttle will go between the Ferry, West Sound, Deer Harbor and Dylan Bay starting at 4pm on Saturday. The ceremony starts at 5pm.

ORCAS ISLAND SHUTTLE is the name of the bus so jump on board. They are strict about their schedule so be sure to be at the locations on time.

If you are staying at the Blue Heron in West Sound then you can walk next door to the stop sign at the Kingfish for that pick up point. For those staying at the Rolfe's houses, Indian Point, you need to walk to the top of the driveway where the main street and Indian Point sign are for the Shuttle. For anyone at Cayou Cove or Rutabaga you can take a short walk to the Inn at Deer Harbor or the Inn on Orcas Island for the shuttle.
